| Jim has given classes, keynotes, and designation courses all over Nevada as well as Arizona, California, Florida, Hawaii, New Jersey, New Mexico, South Carolina and Utah. |

Jim was licensed in 1978 and is currently the Trainer for CENTURY 21 Aadvantage Gold. The firm had the Number One Century 21 Office in the World for 2003, 2004, 2005 & 2006. It was also in the top 10 CENTURY 21 Firms for those years. |
