Jim stays involved at the Greater Las Vegas Association of
REALTORS® by teaching frequently - both Orientation and
Post License courses for the new members, as well as
Law/Ethics and Designation courses for the experienced
licensees. He's also an approved G.R.I. instructor.

He's been Dean of Faculty 3 times and Instructor of the Year twice. He serves on Professional Standards and frequently chairs hearings. He teaches procuring cause and Pro-
Standards courses.

He is accredited to teach the N.A.R. REBAC courses to earn the ABR® and R.S.P.S. designations.

Jim knows that teaching is just one way to serve and never misses an opportunity to learn from each class.

He has been recognized twice as "REALTOR® of the Month".
