Jim has developed an extensive 13 week course that covers
every aspect of the business from prospecting to closing
techniques, goal setting and finances & budgeting.

The goal of the course is to help agents structure their efforts
and streamline processes into a cohesive, organized business.
For new agents, it gives them a foundation to build oon, planning
for growth and success. For experienced agents, it gives them
a chance to look at what they've been doing to see if they can
be more efficient and productive.

Many of Jim's own agents have taken the course. It has helped
with building teamwork and comaradarie within the class and
his company as well as create incredible loyalty from his agents.
