Jim has been involved in teaching for several years. Principally through his firms as an Owner/Coach. Jim has trained literally thousands of licensees on everything from Business Planning to Basic Selling Skills.

Jim currently teaches Real Estate Law at C.S.N. and has taught RE201- Real Estate Brokerage (which satisfies one of the State requirements for Brokers License) and RE 205 Real Property Management (which satisfies Nevada requirements for Property Management licensing).
